We accept the following payment methods: Interactive transfer to billing@nettoyageplus.ca, cash, bank transfer, cheque.

We also accept payment by credit card and PayPal (for a fee of 3.1% of the invoice amount).

Once we have gathered all the necessary information on the space to be cleaned. We'll be able to estimate the time required, based on our procedures and the customer's desired result. We will then send you a quotation indicating the overall cost of the service (in terms of regular and/or one-off visits).

Our rates include all the necessary costs for the cleaning service, with no additional charges or surprises, since we supply all the products and equipment required for the service.

Our rates include labor, depreciation of equipment, cost of products and accessories, travel expenses, maintenance and washing of used wipes, administrative costs such as insurance, etc. Although we bill on a contract or job basis, the hourly rate ranges from $35/hour to $60/hour per employee, depending on the type of work to be done and the frequency.

The 1st step is to estimate the cleaning and maintenance work to be done. We'll either come to your home to assess it free of charge, so we can understand your needs and expectations. If this option is not possible, we'll ask you detailed questions to help you imagine and estimate the work to be done. You'll then receive a detailed estimate by e-mail. Once you review and accept it. We'll choose a date for the cleaning service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the date of the appointment and avoid last-minute cancellations or changes (which can be a loss of earnings). The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation or change of date is made within 72 hours of the start of the service. A new deposit is required to schedule a new service date.

Yes, all the products, equipment, accessories and linens you need for your cleaning service are supplied by Nettoyage Plus. We also sell and distribute products and accessories such as paper, bags, products, containers, etc. for our customers, you will benefit from special rates.
